First Glimpse Inside of My LA Apartment

Upon finding this bright and clean apartment in the heart of West Hollywood, I made it my side project to decorate the bare space to the best of my ability. The space is about 700 square feet, so it was important that the furniture be both functional and pretty to look at. I love earth tones and have always wanted a white linen couch, so I jumped when the opportunity to work with Interior Define was presented to me! Interior Define is amazing because they have numerous designs of beds, sofas, and chairs which you can fully customize. I chose the Ainsley Sectional Sofa in Pebble Weave Linen (both kid and pet friendly), set onto matte black legs. I even got the matching ottoman to create the most perfect lounging space!

Interior Define was so professional and easy to work with. I went into their New York City showroom to choose the fabric I wanted for the sofa and they were very helpful when it came to choosing the best fabric for my lifestyle. I highly recommend working with a company that makes customizable furniture simple.

Customize beds, sofas, and tables to make them yours at InteriorDefine.com.

One thing I am really proud of is this gallery wall. I found the designs on Etsy, and printed them out in 16x20, to fit into the gallery frames I bought from CB2. This faux plant is from Urban Outfitters and it fits seamlessly into this elevated white planter from Joybird. The rug is from CB2 and I absolutely love it, be warned: it sheds a ton, but regular vacuuming is the key!

This gorgeous Luca Armchair in Oxford Velvet is definitely a statement piece in our living area! It’s not only cozy af, but it’s the most beautiful deep burgundy color. Rove Concepts is my go-to place for mid-century modern furniture with a glam vibe. I’m also obsessed with their 55-inch Bennet Media Console! The wood and hardware is just stunning and the quality is exquisite. I made it my own by setting some of my favorite books and my new Vitruvi diffuser on it!

Bookcases are one of my most favorite things to have in a home. They essentially showcase your personality by telling a story of what you are into, what you like to read, and they are a fun way to get creative when you have a small space. I purchased both of these bookcases from CB2 and I am so happy with them. I love the industrial vibe they bring to the space which ties into the legs of the media console.

Lastly, I wanted to share our little dining room! We found this marble table from West Elm and it is such a nice and sturdy piece of furniture. The chairs are from Interior Define, I just couldn’t resist! I chose the Audrey Fabric Dining Chair in Sapphire Mod Velvet with a Brass base. These are showstoppers, every time someone comes over, they ask me all about them! The best part about them is how they are fully customizable. At my former apartment in NYC, I had them in blush velvet with a black base!
