Summer Netflix Guide

My favorite Netflix shows I absolutely approve of binge watching this summer!

Summer Netflix Guide

My guilty pleasure is staying home on my days off and binge watching a Netflix series! Who else is down to Netflix and chill this summer?!  Over the past year, I have watched a handful of shows on Netflix and wanted to share some with you all that I find to be the most entertaining below (in no particular order).

Girlfriend's Guide to Divorce:

"After the world learns the truth about her failing marriage, a successful self-help author tries to salvage her career and find her way as a divorcée." An easy, fun watch that takes place in Los Angeles.

Skins UK:

"This incisive series centers on the tense lives of a group of teenagers as the friends and wannabe lovers weather their final two years of school." One of my favorite shows I have ever watched. Edgy and controversial, this show will truly take you on a ride.

Gossip Girl:

"A group of hyper-privileged Manhattan private-school kids seem to get away with everything. Except an anonymous blogger is watching their every move." I think I watched all 6 seasons in a month because Blake Lively, Chase Crawford - 'nuff said.

Velvet:

"In 1950s Spain, the heir to a fashion house romances a beautiful seamstress who works for the company, despite the objections of his family." Spanish with English subtitles, this show was so charming and heartbreaking at the same time - a must watch!

Fauda:

"A top Israeli agent comes out of retirement to hunt for a Palestinian militant he thought he'd killed, setting a chaotic chain of events into motion." Hebrew and Arabic with English subtitles. This show is based on a true story and it is truly amazing. I could not take a break. I watched the entire first series (12 episodes) in one day. Can not wait for Season 2!

Revenge:

"A young woman moves to the Hamptons and charms the pants off her new neighbors -- while plotting their downfall for sins committed against her family." This show was on ABC a few years ago, but this was my summer binge-watch last year. It is SO good and their are 4 seasons!
