Bandanas are so stylish and versatile. They can add an element of chic to your everyday look. Whether you tie them around your bag, neck, or hair, they are also a great way to add a pop of color to your look! Over the past year, I have been slowly collecting my favorite bandanas. I originally was tying them around my neck and bag, but after purchasing this silkier one from Madewell, I thought I would tie it in my hair for a cute and casual day out! I wanted to share with you 3 VERY simple ways to tie your hair with a bandana, check them out below:

Around the Bun

This look is super cute for a beach day or a wash hair day! To start, you put your hair in a topknot and you literally just take your bandana, wrap it around your bun as many times as you can,  and tie it in a knot! Yes, it's that simple. You can pull some hair out in front for a slightly messier look if you would like!

Around your Ponytail

This one is by far the easiest! Put your hair in a low ponytail and then tie your bandana around your ponytail holder/rubberband in a knot (not too tight), and letting the bandana hang down on both sides.

The Headband

I love how sweet this one is! First off, you will need to find a soft and silky bandana so that it stays in place without looking to stiff and tight. If you have front layers like I do, leave them out towards the front.Start from the underneath and pull both ends of the bandana up from underneath and over your ears to the top of your head (a bit above the hairline). Tie a square not to keep it in place! You can further secure it by adding bobby pins along the sides.
