5 Makeup Must-Haves for Under $25
It's been a little while since I last wrote a post on beauty and I thought it was time for me to write one! Last week, I worked with Beauty Blender and shot their holiday video series. While I was on set, I had the best makeup on my skin in efforts order to avoid retouching later on. I always like to pick up little tips and tricks from makeup artists, and over the past 5 years of modeling/acting, the below are definitely my favorite makeup products! Buxom Lash Mascara - This little gem is actually a personal favorite. I got it in one of those Beauty insider Sephora gift bags because I had enough points and I thought why not? Since then, I have been using this mascara daily and nothing compares to it! I have straight lashes so I need to really curl them to get the look I want. This mascara helps do the trick by not weighing them down throughout the day! Are you ready for the best part? It's only $20 and a tube lasts me over 2 months! Shop it: http://bit.ly/2dWAlcz
BeautyBlender Original - I used to love a good foundation brush because I didn't understand the hype about these sponges. Then, I worked for Frankie's Bikinis about 3 years ago, and the makeup artist used the egg-shaped pink sponge on me - it did wonders! These latex-free sponges even out all of your makeup and cover blemishes to give you a picture perfect look! Don't forget to get it wet and then wring it out before using it! Kat Von D Eyeliner - Liquid eyeliner is not normally my thing because I tend to go for a natural everyday makeup look and whenever I would try to do my eyeliner it would end up thicker than I wanted. I was recently introduced to this eyeliner and I love it and now wear it almost everyday because the tip is so thin and precise, it allows me to just do a thin natural looking line about my eyes. Smashbox Matte Liquid Lipstick - If you are active on social media, it is hard NOT to be familiar with the matte liquid lipstick trend thanks to Kylie Jenner herself. Since her lip kits sell instantly, I thought I would try another version of it and when I went into Sephora, the Smashbox products stood out to me. I bought 3 colors (Stepping Out, Driver's Seat, and In Demand) and I can honestly say they are probably the only lipsticks I wear! Shop them: http://bit.ly/2eayITL
Neutrogena Sensitive Skin Face Sunscreen - I've been putting on sunscreen before my foundation since as long as I can remember thanks to my mom! The skin on your face is more sensitive then the skin on other parts of your body, so it is important to keep it protected and healthy for anti-aging purposes. I mean who doesn't want to look their best and flawless as they get older! This sunscreen is specifically made for sensitive skin so it will not burn around the eye area like sunscreens sometimes do, and it's under $10! Shop it: http://bit.ly/2dWDhGe
