How to Make Florals Look Edgy
Here are some simple tricks to help take the "girly" out of florals
Florals made edgy...
Florals often scare me away simply because of the way I interpret them, sweet and girly, in contrast to the way I see my style as, chic and classy. However, in the last couple of months, I have explored spring floral patterns and actually grown to love them, when paired with denim or leather to create a chic and edgier look. This Coach dress is super feminine without my distressed denim jacket and leather boots. Isn't it crazy how just adding a few personal touches can transform the entire vibe of your look?! I think denim is a great way to transition from the spring into the summer since it can dress down a look and give it a grungier feel without heavy fabric. According to British Vogue, we are going to see a ton of floral prints this spring and summer, so I thought I would blog about some of my favorite floral pieces and also link some of my favorite items to "edge up" your look for the summer without being too hot or wearing too heavy of clothing.

The dress I am wearing is called the Bib Tiered Dress by Coach, but it is no longer available so I linked 2 that are very similar above!
