Daily Harvest is by far the easiest way to incorporate smoothies into your everyday routine. I recently tried out Daily Harvest for the first time and I can confidently say that I am hooked. Their smoothies are so flavorful and fresh, I feel so good after drinking them!

Their program is really awesome. You can choose how many cups you would like per week, or per month. They get delivered in a box with dry ice and their shipping method works perfectly. They don't melt or get gross, they are frozen solid up to the time I unpack them and put them in my freezer. When you're ready to make your smoothie, all you do is open the cup and pour into your blender, and then add a liquid of your choice. It takes under five minutes. I usually use Vanilla Flavored Almond milk and it actually works with any of the pre-made smoothies. My favorite flavors are there Mint + Cacao, Banana + Greens, and Peach + Strawberries.
