Where to stay
The Encore is by far my favorite hotel in Las Vegas. The rooms are spacious, the spa is beautiful, the gym is state of the art, the list goes on. The hotel is simply the best of the best and the room rates are very fair. I love the fact that the casino is never too busy, so when I want to play Wheel of Fortune aka my favorite slot machine, I never have to wait! The Encore also has some pretty amazing pools that my mom and I sun-bathed at.
where to dine + What to get
SW Steakhouse: SW is the Steve Wynn steakhouse at the Wynn. The ambiance is like no where else in Las Vegas, it’s beautiful and grand and perfect for a date! A couple things you should know: you need a reservation, it’s not inexpensive, you must eat the pretzel bread and order the truffle cream corn.
Andreas: Andreas is an Asian-inspired restaurant at the Encore that is perfect for sharing dishes and getting drinks before a night out or a little gambling. You should make a reservation here for sure as it gets pretty busy at night. Th Impossible Burger Thai Lettuce Cups are a must!
Cipriani - Cipriani is one of my favorite Italian restaurants in New York City that has migrated West to Sin City! It’s chic and perfect for a date or post-dinner drinks. Their Chilean Seabass is the best I have ever had.. like ever. If you haven’t made it to a NYC location, I highly recommend going here, but be sure to make a reservation as it does get super busy like all of the other restaurants at night.
Joe’s Stone Crab - Must have: KEY LIME PIE!
Sadelle’s at Bellagio - Indulge in NYC signature dishes here! I love the house salmon with an everything bagel, the yogurt parfait, and the grapefruit cocktail!
where to Party
XS at the Encore - XS is named the hottest nightclub in the world by Condé Nast Traveler. This world famous club always has epic performers and XS is home to Alesso, Diplo, Kygo and The Chainsmokers, to name a few. Check out the XS event calendar for 2019 here.
Encore Beach Club - I’m not a day-drinker/partier, but if I was, I would go here to party. The Encore Beach Club is home to artists like David Guetta, Kygo and The Chainsmokers and other DJ’s like RL Grime and Dillon Francis keep this party going from day to night. Drai’s - I love this venue. The design is super unique, there’s a stage that runs through the middle so it feels like you are at a mini concert. I have only ever been here at night, but it is a beach club too! They have the hottest hip hop artists performing here year round! Check out Drai’s event calendar here.
