Spring in Santa Barbara

Taking the new Chevrolet Bolt EV up the coast for a relaxing getaway .

My best friend and I were just pampered and treated to a luxurious and much needed vacation thanks to Chevrolet. We drove up the coast in the new, fully electric car and it was great! I'm still so fascinated by electric cars, the Bolt Ev can travel 240 miles per full charge and it also has Apple CarPlay, which made the drive super easy and fun!

We arrived to Bacara Resort & Spa around 2pm and were shown to our beautiful room where we would spend the next two nights. After exploring the property, we headed out to Sunstone Winery & Vineyard for an incredible three-course dinner. The food and grounds were breathtaking, I truly felt like I was in Italy!

The following morning, we woke up and did an outdoor yoga session overlooking the ocean and then we drove our Bolt EV's to do a hike at Refugio State Park! The workouts could not have been better: under the sun and seaside!

Even though it's hard to imagine, our day continued to get better. Upon arriving back to the hotel, we were each treated to a Natura Bissé Rose infused body treatment and a facial. My facial was seriously AMAZING, all the products that my esthetician used smelled so good and my skin was literally glowing after! Following the spa, we spent some time at the pool and then attended our final dinner at Angel Oak, Bacara's steakhouse. It was so great being in the company of a handful of such intellectual women while eating great food, conversing, and watching the sunset!
